Before Use

• Perform a patch test on a small area 24 hours before full treatment.
• Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, or infected skin.
• Apply numbing cream and leave for 15-20 minutes then remove thoroughly and sanitize the area.
• Select depth and speed
• Consult a dermatologist before use if you have active acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or a history of keloid scarring.
• Not suitable for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.

During Use

• Always use on clean skin.
• Apply hydrating serum for glide if needed.
• Never share your device needles are for single user use only.
• Do not apply excessive pressure; let the device glide gently across the skin.
• Avoid the eye area, lips, and nostrils.
• Stop immediately if you experience unusual pain, excessive bleeding, or an allergic reaction.

After Use

• Apply a soothing, fragrance free serum or moisturiser immediately after treatment.
• Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 24–48 hours post-treatment. Use SPF 30+ if going outdoors.
• Do not apply makeup, retinol, AHAs, or BHAs for at least 24 hours after use.
• Skin redness and mild sensitivity are normal and should subside within a few hours.

Device Care

• Replace needle cartridges after each use never reuse needles.
• Clean and store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not submerge the device in water.

• Blood thinning medications or anticoagulants
• Active skin infections or open wounds
• History of poor wound healing
• Haemophilia or other bleeding disorders
